Background
We receiving information from Madhani Talatah Nusantara PT, The cylinder arm PC1250-8 has warranty claim.
The warranty is Cylinder rod eye has broken.

And this cylinder was running on aplication under the

3000 hours or six months after installed (1.756 Hours)

We also ensure that the total length extract & retract is
according to standard

Full retract cylinder as 3620 mm as standard.

Ful extract cylinder as 6065 mm as strandard.

RESUME :
Cylinder arm PC1250-8 from PT. Mandala Talatah Nusantara (MTN) received on BTS as a warranty component.
The complaint is cylinder eye rod arm was broken. We found the BTS identification numbers on this component,
that indications is BTS reconditions.
 Based on the customer's complaint that the cylinder arm PC1250-8 failed due to aplicated, based on
customer claims data we found that the cylinder worked on 1.756 hours.
- We found result the cylinder is recondition from BTS, cause we found the ID BTS,
- After seeing the results of data claim warranty customer, we conclude that the cylinder has exceeded
the under limit of the waranty process claim (6 months / 3000 hours).

Conclusion

Based on the resume we found that cylinder just chrome & repair on rod eye.
No re-rod work can result in mismatch on rod length & we have done the NDT process, but not found crack on eye.
But, Because the claimed warranty pointed the period of validity still includes a guarantee.
Based on this conclusion we Accepted the warranty claim ( 50-50 )

Corrective Action
Component : Manufacture eye rod cylinder.
Seal Kit : Re-use
Note : We have do more investigations when the component arrives.
