The 3rd Free City of Kitchener

Government Constitution
We, the people of New Kitchener, in order to form an organized Community,
establish Justice, insure domestic equality, provide for the common protection,
Promote the general Welfare and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves, do
ordain and establish this Constitution for the Free City of Kitchener

Article 1: The Legislative Branch

Section 1

All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress which

shall consist of only a Senate and Congress whom holds the power to
create laws within reason.

Section 2

The Congress shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by

the people of the city, and the Electors in each State shall have
Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the
State Legislature
