India is a country of such people, who have many religions and languages, who together make a nation -

such different religions, culture and living conditions are not found in any parts of the world. Jan Stuart
Mill has described that India is a world in itself in a limited area. India is a small world.

The Article from 25 to 30 of Constitution, as it show's from the Historic background of India's partition, it
is said that the identified minorities are guaranteed security and thus the country's integrity remains.
Constitutionality did not think of adding religious minorities to the list of categories. The Constitution
and all its parts display their commitment to religious, cultural's and educational right's. In Article 25 to
30, the majority of cultural and religious rights and minorities have been guaranteed.

The democratic society, which has adopted the right to equality as its basic principle, aims to eliminate
majority and minority and so-called aged and backward classes. In the Constitution each citizen has
accepted a general citizenship without considering his religion, worship, culture or belief. There is only
one condition for the citizenship of a person that he was born in India.

We have to develop such enlightened citizenship, where every citizen, whether of any religion or any
language, protects the rights of the other group to ensure their duties and responsibilities for their
rights. Makes importance.

Constitutional goals are to develop such citizenship so that every person gets absolute freedom to
worship religion, belief and worship, and no person should be afraid of encroaching on his own rights,
whether it is minority or majority.
