What does a guy mean when he calls you �baby�?

It depends upon the state of your relationship. If you�re romantically involved
it�s a bit of fondly sexual nomenclature and a woman is free to call her guy �baby�
too. If you are not involved is an aspiration and as such, you can be insulted or
annoyed with the term because it sound condescending and maybe too sexual and maybe
even a cross-the-line type of remark. If you dig the guy, however, you might like
the sexuality implied. If not, you can tell him that it�s not very appropriate to
the situation or some such detritus, I suppose.
