on their functions and systems used at property. Systems training covers applications in
the following areas: Sales & Catering, reservations, Revenue Management, Front Office,
marketing, reporting, mobile, and property data.

The Power of Loyalty All Associates
This training will provide associates with an overview of Marriott's Loyalty Program, the
power of Loyalty, how to live Loyalty each day and an overview of the many benefits
that are available to Loyalty Members. Leaders and Champions will experience extra
lessons to better equip them for their role in supporting associates.
