on their functions and systems used at property. Systems training covers applications in
the following areas: Sales & Catering, reservations, Revenue Management, Front Office,
marketing, reporting, mobile, and property data. ​

WITHIN FIRST 14 DAYS Symphony of Service Act I: The Opening Note​
New hires/transfers Within 45 days (US Managed: Within 14 days)​

The Power of Loyalty ­ All Associates​
This training will provide associates with an overview of Marriott's Loyalty Program, the
power of Loyalty, how to live Loyalty each day and an overview of the many benefits
that are available to Loyalty Members. Leaders and Champions will experience extra
lessons to better equip them for their role in supporting associates.​

WITHIN FIRST 60 DAYS One Yield Version 2 (ERS)​

Symphony of Service Act II:The Performance​
New high guest contact hourly associates, supervisors of high guest contact associates
and all managers​

WITHIN FIRST 90 DAYS Your Role in Preventing Human Trafficking: Recognize the Signs​
Associates in Connecticut must complete the training each year by December 31.​

WITHIN FIRST 120 DAYS Symphony of Service Act III: Fine Tuning and Leading​
New high guest contact hourly associates, supervisors of high guest contact associates
and all managers​
