Application for Stolen CD 70 Honda Bike

Dear Sir,

Most respectfully it is to state that few months ago on 8 th

April, I went to Nishtar Hospital for some regular tests, I parked my
bike CD 70 Honda Engine No. 9864786, Chassis No. JH689355, Red
colored and Plate No. MNK-7699-19 in front of Kitchen of Hospital.
After 30 minutes when I came back my bike was missing from parking
place. I looked here and there and asked few people about my Bike, but
I got nothing. Then in tension I called on 15(Police) to report my lost
bike. They came after 15 minutes. After checking place where my bike
was stolen, they asked me to report for my missing bike in police
station. I reported for my missing bike with a name of Fazal Hussain
Shah (36302-6542606-1) on 8th April 5pm complaint number MC-
4/8/2019-1465, but still I haven’t received any answer from them.

Kindly look at my report and find our Bike as soon as possible. I’ll be
very thankful to you. Looking towards your kind affection.
