The letter requests permission from the principal of Lipa City Senior High School to allow grade 11 students from St. Irenaeus of Humanities And Social Sciences to conduct a survey of fellow grade 11 students. Greetings!

As a need for fulfilment of our study Practical Research l, we are writing this letter
to your office to allow the students of grade 11 students St. Irenaeus of Humanities And
Social Sciences to conduct a survey inside the school. This is in view of our research
entitled “The Perception of the Students in the Cause and Effect of Poverty in the
Philippines SY 2018- 2019”.

We are asking for your permission to let us distribute questionnaires to our fellow
grade 11 students and permission to enter Senior High School Main and Annex
Buildings.The survey would last about 5 to 10 minutes only and would given the
students at their vacant time.
