The research survey would last for 10-20 minutes and would be arranged in a time convenient to the
teacher- adviser’s and respondent’s schedule. Participation in the survey is entirely voluntary. All
information will be treated with utmost confidentiality and for academic purposes only. We will maintain
sole access to the data, which will be coded so that participants and schools are not named.
Questionnaires data will be used only for drawing correlations and performing multiple regression data
analysis. In return for your participation, we will provide you with a summary of the research findings if
desired. If you would be interested in greater detail, an electronic copy of the entire thesis would be
readily available for you.
