Description

The Vehicle Service Automation project will automate the manual operations of an
automobile dealer, M/S GESSLER AUTOMOBILES. The project will keep track of the following
information: Customer complaints, Automobile Spare Parts, Spares Disbursement (which spares
were added to which customer’s vehicle) Technicians and their skills. The System also takes
care of vehicle sales since GESSLER AUTOMOBILES is an automobile and spare parts dealer.
The complete automation of GESSLER AUTOMOBILES would mean to automate all supplier,
logistics, technician benefits and financial automation. Variety of reports can be generated like:
Daily Technician-Wise Motor-Handling Report, Daily Vehicle Movement Report, Spares
Movement Report, Period Analysis Report, and Customer Feedback Report.
