responsibilities. It is either under written memorandum and or
within the initiative of the teacher to perform. I believe, being a teacher is impossible without any objectives patterned from any philosophical idealism. To measure the effectiveness and efficiency as well as the competence of a teacher is to understand her own personal and professional beliefs, routines, practices, and by evaluating her products—the learners and their life after her supervision.
My two years here in National Heroes Institute was truly a
lifelong experience, because I have learned so many things particularly to my profession. In this institution, I realized that it took an ample courage and time to build castles inside the heart of the students. Sometimes, it was a painstaking task because of the diversities of the learners, but as a 21st century I was oblige to surmount all those turmoil.
Being an adviser of Grade 8B class and a subject teacher to
other Grade 8, Grade 7, and 11 classes challenged me to become a good teacher, for I believe that a teacher should not attend school; face the class without a specific aim or goal at the very moment. I also learned that my responsibility to share and influence my students should not only appeal to the brain but also to the heart. It should not be only about the mental and the physical development but to teach them the moral and the ethical values that a good citizen must have. Whatever accomplishment and developments I had now, it is very impossible without—National Heroes Institute Inc. Thank you so much.
