1. Document Upload to Document Library:

To upload the documents in Document Library, click the Doc Library link in the left hand menu:

Use the Sign & Upload Document button to upload the required documents to library:

Enter the data for Attach Name, Attach Description and File Group then click Sign Upload & Submit
button:

Browse the file and select the valid certificate in the below applet:

Once message displays as Document has been Digitally Signed wait for a while till you get the pop
message as File has been uploaded successfully (Ref : Fig 6):

After successful file upload, click Update to go back to Document Library else if user want to upload
more Document, then please click Upload Document/Sign & Upload Document button:

By clicking on OK button in above figure, page will be redirected Document Library page where
uploaded documents will be listed:

2. Document Search:

If many documents are uploaded and facing difficulty to search then choose the File or Attach Name
or File Group and click Search button:

3. Edit Uploaded Documents:

If a user wants to change the uploaded file or file group, use the Edit icon which is highlighted in
below figure and make the changes with reference to Fig 12:

4. Archive Document:

Any documents which are not required in library, user can use the Archive and Archive by Group
icons to archive the documents.

 Archive: One document will be archived.


 Archive by Group: All documents will be archived which are matched to File Group of
selected document.

Below pop us message will be displayed when user clicks Archive by Group icon:

Once the document is archived, same document can be found in archived section and to go to
archived section click Archived Documents button:

By clicking on Archived Documents button below page will be loaded where in this page user can
Edit and Reinstate the document to Document Library:

 Reinstate: One document will be reinstated.


 Reinstate by Group: All documents will be reinstated which are matched to File Group of
selected document.

5. Verify Digital Signature of Upload Documents:

To verify digital signature of uploaded document click below highlighted icon:

By clicking on Verify Digital Signature icon in above figure below details will be displayed:
