Room Type Price Description

Presidential Suite Php 20,000.00++ Our Presidential Suite is fit with 1 master bedroom (1
king-sized bed), 1 family room (2 double-sized beds),
1 living room, and an outdoor deck facing the sea.
Good for 6 adults, plus 2 extra.
Deluxe Room Php 10,500.00++ Our Deluxe Room is an individual villa with 1 king-
sized bed and a personal patio. Good for 2 adults,
plus 1 extra.
Seaview Room Php 10,000.00++ Our Seaview Room is a room in a duplex with 1
double-sized bed and an outdoor deck facing the
sea. Good for 2 adults, plus 1 extra.
Superior Room Php 8,000.00++ Our Superior Room is a room in a duplex with a
choice of either 2 single beds or 1 double-sized bed.
Good for 2 adults, plus 1 extra.

ROO M INC LUSIONS:

1. Room charges are inclusive of VAT and 2% local government tax, but are exclusive of 10% service charge.
2. Welcome drinks upon arrival and daily breakfast between 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
3. Children 3 years old and below may stay for free using existing bedding, but exclusive of breakfast. Maximum of
3 children per room only.
4. Extra person charge is Php 1,500.00++ per night for adults and Php 900.00++ per night for children 4-11 years
old, inclusive of extra mattress, amenities, and breakfast.
5. All rooms are air-conditioned with hot shower and satellite TV.
6. The use of beach, swimming pool, and recreation area is exclusive for in-house guests only.
7. Check-in time is 2:00 PM. If room is available before 2:00 PM, guest can be accommodated for early check-in.
8. Check-out time is 12:00 NN. Extension is subject to room availability but extension beyond 2:00 PM is subject to
full day rate.

TERMS AND C ONDITIONS:

1. Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso per room per night.
2. Reservation will only be secured once a 50% down payment has been made upon receipt of Booking
Reservation Form, deposit slip e-mailed to the Booking Office, and a Booking Confirmation Form is released to
the guest.
3. Down payment must be made before the reservation deadline indicated in the Booking Reservation Form or
within 3 working days upon receipt of reservation form.
4. Full balance must be paid upon check-in. Only cash payments are accepted for now.
5. Upon check-in, an additional Php 500.00 per room per night shall be collected to cover for incidentals. The
amount will be reimbursed upon check-out.
6. All guests are required to register and present a valid ID upon check-in.
7. Rates may change without prior notice.
