Abstract
In this study, the thermoelectric properties of graphene films (including the
graphene-based films) with the material structures were utilized to enhance the
boiling heat transfer performance for developing the energy and biomedical
products. Due to the work on pool boiling, the critical heat flux can play an
important role where the point of the highest heat flux was in the boiling curve.
It gained the highest energy density of the output without damaging the heater
surface. To determine the effects of thermoelectricity on the process of graphene
surface and device size, the performance of heat transfer was improved to reduce
the volume of device, reduce the manufacturing cost , save space, and enhance the
efficiency of developed system products. In this study, the experimental equipment
design and setup were carried out first, and then the different proportions of
graphene ink were by a spin-coated process on the glass substrate. After using the
spin-coating process, the surface of the thin-film graphene was patterned and
ablated via a facile ultrafast laser process to enhance heat transfer for the
boiling tests. The study furthermore investigated the graphene based on the
different ablated surface to enhance the thermal heat flux for thermal devices.
