I am writing to inform you that our school, ANAO HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR HIGH
DEPARTMENT is strictly implementing the following rules effective September 9, 2019.

1. Wearing of Proper School Uniform

2. No Cellphone or other electronic gadgets during official time 7:30 to 11:50 AM & 1:00 to 4:00 PM
INCLUDING VACANT PERIODS.

1st Offense - warning record at the Guidance Councilor and call the attention of the parents
2nd Offense - Community service for 2 days
3rd Offense - 3 days suspension which will take effect during Quarterly Examination
Habitual Act - EXPULSION.

3. Tardiness

Whenever a student arrives late he/she misses out essential instructions which are being
given at the beginning of the lesson. This can significantly reduce achievement
regardless of academic ability. Your child also feels awkward arriving to the classroom
when everyone else is settled. Furthermore, when a student arrives late it disrupts the
entire class and the teacher – everyone’s education is compromised.

Further tardiness of your child may result being serve to you with a Penalty Notice or a
summon to court. Parents have a duty to ensure their child’s regular attendance at school
and failure to do so is an offense under Article 72, 76 and 77 of the Presidential Decree
No. 603 or also known as The Child and Youth Welfare Code of the Philippine
Constitution.
