CONTRACT FOR THE SALE OF USED CAR

This is a contract made between the Seller, ________________________ and the Buyer,

The car is sold “AS IS.” Seller makes no warranties about the condition of the car. This
describes belows clause that buyer must agree:

1. The Seller has made the Buyer fully aware of any current faults/conditions of which
he/she is reasonably aware with the Vehicle and that there are no deliberately hidden
faults on the Vehicle.
2. The Seller will provide the Buyer with all spare keys and the service manual.
3. The Seller will provide the Buyer with all necessary paperwork and documentation
relating to ownership of the Vehicle upon payment of the Vehicle.
4. Once the Buyer has purchased the Vehicle and the payment has cleared the Seller is
required to release the Vehicle into the Buyer’s possession.

Seller will provide the Buyer with the vehicle’s title and list of required documents, OR/CR, DOS
