INFORMATION NOTICE

Followings are the service datas of the clutch adjustment for A797 series equipped with
clutch auto adjuster device.

* Clutch master cylinder free play: 1±0.5mm（between 0.5 and 1.5mm)

* Clutch outer lever free play: 0mm
* Clutch booster push rod stroke: 25±2mm　（between 23 and 27mm)
* Clutch pedal stroke: 160±6mm (between 154 and 166mm)
Clutch pedal stroke is adujsted by protrusion length
of exhaust brake switch from the pedal bracket as
shown below.

After adjusted as above, the clutch pedal free play will be approximately 3 to 9mm
on the pedal.
