AGREEMENT

This letter serves as a formal agreement between Homeroom Parents-Teachers

Association and the parents of Grade 8 – SSC students, S.Y. 2019-2020, that we will
contribute Php 200.00 each. This fund will be used to buy electric fans, cleaning
materials and to fix the electric wiring in the classroom.
