You are selected for one of our fresher’s requirements drive. The Company recruiting the candidate
for Administration, HR and IT (Software|Hardware|Networking) Department. Fresher’s can join
after Completion the Interview Rounds & without interview rounds (After Submit Two Year Bond).
Your interview will be held at the Company Corporate office in Noida | Bangalore | Pune | Chennai
& Hyderabad on 9th of June 2017.

** Your base branch is Pune, but your interview & Joining that is your choice **

TECHNICAL INTERVIEW
Technical interview is a golden opportunity for you to exhibit your technical skills. The question
would range across disciplines and may include puzzle, problems and other out-of-the-box idea
related questions.

HR INTERVIEW
Here is our chance to get to know each other better. We try to understand your career goals, skills,
strengths, passion etc. You can quiz the recruiter anything you would like to know about the
position or HCL as an organization.

Application Offer roll-out

Finally, if you are successful, an offer is rolled out along with compensation structure and other
rules related to employment at HCL.

4) Two Passport size photographs.

If any case you are not selected the interview rounds, then you can submit the Two Year Bond
and Join directly, as per Fresher Employment Guarantee Program 2017 to 2019

First three month your Training period, Company provide your Accommodation, Conveyance and
Salary up to Rs. 18k / Month. After complete the training company offered best salary (CTC) to the
all selected candidates for various different posts – 31,264 to 47,182 / Month, basic + benefits.

completed your paper work before date of interview.

The Company is providing you a two way ticket, accommodation and feeding during the period of
the interview. One person is compulsory with all candidates. To help us co-ordinate this meeting
