by FRANCISCA BAS in favor of SPOUSES ALFONSO
GRANADA and CONCHITA MANAGBANAG GRANADA on
September 18, 1978 and entered in the Notarial Book of Atty.
Pedro H. Yaranon, Notary Public of Baybay, Leyte as Doc. No.
942; Page No. 89; Book No. XXXX; Series of 1978. For your
reference, a copy of the aforementioned document is hereto
attached in this letter-request.

In the event that the said document is no longer available

in the notarial reports of the late Atty. Pedro H. Yaranon, a
certification as to its existence, however, is humbly requested.

This request is at the instance of Mr. Antonio Granada,

son of the late spouses Alfonso Granada and Conchita
Managbanag Granada for whatever legal purpose this may
serve him best.
