Submitted :-
 It is to submit that, as could be seen from the S.R of Sri G. Koshore,
Superintendent, (E.No. 10942), who was promoted as Superintendent vide
orders reference 1st cited.

Sri G. Koshore, Superintendent, (E.No. 10942), O/o. Vaikuntam Queue

Complex, TTD, Tirumala who has reported for duty on the AN of 25-04-2012 in the
scale of pay of Rs. 16150-42590 in RPS 2010.

In the Revised in the RPS 2015 his pay scale was revised in the scale of
pay Rs.35120--950-36070-1030-39160-1110-42490-1190-46060-1270-49870-1360-
53950-1460-58330-1560-63010-1660-67990-1760-73270-1880-78910-2020-84970-
2160-87130.

Now, he has completed 06 (Six) years incremental services in the cadre of

Superintendent . Hence, he may be appointment to the Spl. Grade w.e.f on the
A.N of 24-04-2018 in the scale of pay Rs. 37100-91450 in RPS 2015.

The duties and responsibilities are not assumption at grater importance.

Hence, his pay may be fixed under the provisions of the F.R.22 (a) (i) under
modified automatic advancement scheme for 06 (Six) years w.e.f on the A.N of
24-04-2018 (MBF 25-04-2018) in the time scale of pay of Rs. 37100-91450 in
RPS 2015..

Further, it is certified that

1.His pay and allowances are regularly admitted in the Audit without any objection.
2.As per the available records there are No charges are pending against him
3.Service verification was recorded up to date in his Service Register on page
No.25, Vol. No.II. The service particulars of the incumbent in the
Superintendent is furnished hereunder:-

As per the delegation of powers issued in Proc. Roc.

E4/6443/2004, dated 30.05.2014 the Chief Vigilance and Security Officer,
TTD, Tirupati is competent authority to sanction the above pay scale under
Modified Automatic Advancement Scheme and Ad-hoc promotions i.e.
6,12,18 & 24 years in respect of all employees up to Asst. Exe. Officer
cadre.

Hence, Sri G. Koshore, OSW, (E.No. 10942) may be

appointed in the Spl. Grade Post (06 years) in the cadre of
Superintendent post & her pay may be fixed under modified automatic
 advancement scheme w.e.f on the A.N. of 24-04-2018 in the time scale
of pay of Rs. 37100-91450 in RPS 2015.
