This letter wants to inform you that I want to transfer as a P.E teacher from Malinao
High School, Malinao, Banisilan, Cotabato to Banisilan National High School, Banisilan,
North Cotabato.

I want your office to shift my teaching assignment from Malinao High School to
Banisilan National High School to due to following reasons: I have three children in
Banisilan and no one will look for them in case of emergency because my wife is
currently working at Carmen Senior High School as head teacher and I want to check
my business every day in the school canteen inside Banisilan National High School.

It would be a great help for my family if you consider my request.
