TEENAGE PREGNANCY

I want my listener to be more aware that young people should practice safe sex or
abstinence. There are many ways to be safe but young teens don’t use them. Some
challenges are raising a baby at a young age because you don’t have money to buy your
baby things that they need. Like food or diapers, Bottles, Clothes. You would need money to
support your baby and you would also need money to support yourself.

Many teens don’t know how hard it is actually take care of a baby they think it’s fun and
easy but there is so much to look forward to when having a kid and not expecting it. Not
many teens have a job a lot of times teens always Lean on their parents for help because
they can’t support their baby. if you are thinking of having a child make sure you
understand the responsibilities and sacrifices that are involved of getting a baby. Becoming
a parent as a teen will have educational, financial ,social, physical, and emotional
problems. Teens don't understand that they just want to go out and have fun with there
friends but they do not realize how it can affect them and affect their future.

One cause for an early pregnancy for a teenager is a family problems particularly a broken
family.A teenager who has a broken family would be open to temptations because no one
reminds him/her what is right thus he/she would involve in premarital sexual activities and
would be having a child at an early age.Another possible reason for teenage pregnancy is
financial problems.Financial problem would push a teenager to engage in prostitution which
may lead to early pregnancy for her.Another reason for teenage pregnancy is having bad
friends.If a teenager has a friend who are considered as bad friend are not good then it
would lead them into early pregnancy.

To wrap it all up, teen pregnancy is a major issue that should try to be prevented as much as
it can. It causes countless, dodge able problems if the right choices are made and you have a
good support system around you. It would be in the best advice to not take the chances to
get pregnant as a teenager. It is not the age to get pregnant. Teens are not fully ready to
become adults like the stress that follows during the pregnancy.
