The theory of Jean Watson is very interesting especially to the nurses and to the future nurses while we

are talked her theory in class for me the best part of her theory is the ten carative factors because for
me it can help me to be an excellent nurse someday in the ten carative factors here you will know that
people, patient have different beliefs and cultures she also said that communication skills can also help
our patients to recover faster or to lessen the stress, nurses also need to help the patient to give good
health but before that we also need to have the trust of our patients so they can participate to us when
we have something to do with them because having the trust of your patient is very important because
people that you do not know is too hard to give the trust. On her metaparadigm in nursing she told that
person need to be respected, nurtured, sociocultural, and spiritual environment for her not only your
health she is thinking she also concern to our emotional and spiritual state, she also said that important
the environment is because here how can you adapt to your patients belief or any cultures they have it
has also two parts of environment internal and external environment, internal affects the mental,
spiritual, and sociocultural beliefs and in the external it can affect the variables, comfort, privacy, safety,
and clean in short it is the outside of our body these two have the influence on the health and illness.
And for her humans cannot be treated as objects and that humans cannot be separated from self, other,
nature, and the larger workforce. Her theory shows that being a nurse need to be kind, humble and
always respecting the beliefs of the patients and her co-workers. Then nurses need to have a plan how
you can help your patient and sometimes nurses our risk-taking, intervention how you can act your plan,
and evaluation check if your plan works these things are the basic things but it is not just basic it is also
the most important things we need to do as a nurse. We also have the privilege to give ideas to have a
better lifestyle or good habits but as nurse for Jean Watson we need to respect their decision if they will
listen to us or not because for her person is free to make his or her choice and decision for doing that it
can gain the trust of your patient to you. And for we must care for ourselves to be able to care for others
because of you do not have a healthier body to your patient how would you promote care. So in
summary the theory of Jean Watson is one of the best theory that can help the nurses to become great
she promote to her theory that nurses always need to be kind, humble and always respect the decision
of the patients and do not waste the trust that was given to you.
