PLANT INTRODUCTION:

The proposed Water Treatment scheme is designed to produce product water at the flow rate of
2,000 LPH based on Reverse Osmosis Technology.
The proposed water treatment system can even work continuously for 8-9 Hrs. per day leaving
aside 0.5 – 1 Hrs. for the recommended Backwashing of the Filtration
The proposed water treatment system based on RO Technology is designed with the Recovery
level of 60-65%.

SCHEDULE OF EXCLUSION & TERMINATION

SCHEDULE OF EXCLUSION:

1. All civil works such as plant foundation of the equipment, mass concret-
ing etc.
2. Supply of power to Motors, regeneration chemical for trial run and Com-
missioning.
3. Laboratory testing facility, Instruments and reagents.
4. Lubricants, Oil and Grease as and when required.
5. Raw Water / Product Water Storage Tank,
6. All equipment’s, works and services, not specifically mentioned in our pro-
posal.
7. Storage and site security.
8. Piping other than Our Skid.
9. Loading & unloading of all materials at your site.

PRICES, COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
PRICE : Our price for Design, Engineering and Supply of
Water Treatment Plant of 1000LPH. RO as pro-
posed in above Annexure shall be
Rs. Two lakh fifty five thousand only (INR 2,55,000/-)

TAX : Extra at Actual. Present GST @18%.

FREIGHT : Extra at actual, To Buyers’ Account

PAYMENT TERMS : 50% Along with PO and

50% against Performa Invoice

DELIVERY : Within 3-4 weeks from the date of receipt of

Purchase Order along with Advance subject to
Force Majeure Clause

VALIDITY OF OFFER : 30 Days.

GUARANTEE / WARRANTEE: The Water treatment system supplied is guaranteed for a pe-
riod of 12 months from the date of commissioning OR
18 Months from the date of last major supply, whichever is earlier. Equipment
guarantee is valid against defective workmanship and / or poor performance of
the system only. Our liability is limited to repair or replace the same and not subject
to any wear/tear or supply of consumables/spares.
Above guarantee is subjected to:
1] Using spare parts / consumables recommended by us.
2] Operation and Maintenance of the plant as per our Operation manual. 3] Data
Log sheet needs to be strictly maintain as per our instructions.
