    SCOPE OF WORKS

    Mobilize to site
    Attend Required orientation Seminar, if any
    Conduct initial evaluation.
    Electrical Inspection and Instrumentation testing:
    Winding Resistance Test
    Insulation Resistance Test
    Polarization Index Test
    Surge Comparison Test
    Check Heaters & RTD's
    Dis-assembly, marking provision on all motor parts
    Mechanical visual inspection and testing.
    Conduct bearing housing & Journal Clearances check
    Remove contaminants on the winding.
    Wash the winding using chemical wash
    Oven Baking, monitor to cure winding, conduct Insulation Testing
    Apply class F insulating varnish and bake to cure.
    Cool down and remove excess varnish.
    Clean all motor parts and accessories.
    Install Brand new bearings. Separate proposal
    Assemble the motor
    Install & Couple to Compressor
    Witness testing and commissioning.
    Perform quality control test:
    Insulation Resistance Test
    Winding Resistance Test
    Polarization Index Test
    Test run without load and monitor
    Voltage
    Current
    Speed
    Submit test report.
    Demobilize
