THE 20TH CENTURY AND 21ST CENTURY CORPORATION

One of the oldest events that exposing the world that is continuously
operating as to the economic systems is the 20th century. The 20th century
adapt its single platforms into world’s businesses. It has seen as to
technological ideas and scientific progress in civilization. In the 20 th
century, the organizations has been struggling and disrupt undermining
the business.

As to one of the revolutionize and redesigned events in today’s


generation where millennials operating the world’s businesses and
harnessed its ideas that has been developed is the 21 st century. The 21st
century are dealing with beneficiary platforms to encourage people and
advantage in modern technology. 21st Century is a name that draws
upon the rich creative heritage of Twentieth Century while also speaking
to the innovation and dynamism that must define each of our businesses
through the 21st Century.

Human Resource Management


Human Resource Management is that specialized and organized
branch of management which is concerned with the acquisition,
maintenance, development, utilization and coordination of people at work,
in such a manner that they will give their best to the enterprise.
The field of recruiting, needs and training of the employees to ensure
the performances of every employees. HRM has been influenced by
ideas such as human rights and self-actualization, taking the various
behavioral oriented management and adopting management that
encouraged incorporation of worker ideas and initiatives.
It has been retained and the knowledge of the employees conducive
in work environment. HRM advocates people through communication and
motivation.

Personnel Management
Personnel Management is a part of management that deals with the
recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, and compensation of the
workforce and their relation with the organization to achieve the
organizational objectives.
During this time was that employees would accept firm standards
and work faster if provided training and more wages. They also establish
the most productive way of undertaking the process of management.
The personnel management has compliance and record keeping
duties in today's generation.
