We have just missed to mention on ES about double dust proof cord because [standard instruction from the customer (Sachheria) is not to put dust proof in preperation of tube even ifit is a dust Jproof bag. But in this particular contract customer requirement was of double dust proof bag which we have missed Ito mention in ES. lb) Same reason as we have mentioned in (a) as felt is also used for preventing leakage of material as double dust lproof performs. |Suggessted Solutions/Prevention: |Correct specs to be incorporated in ES as desired by customer and balance quantity to be made accordingly. It is important to take more care in future so that this kind of problem should not occur in future evn if it means seeking Iclarification from customer. [Corrective Action taken: |We have now incorporated correct specs as desired by customer in ES and balance quantity will be made and lsupplied accordingly.
