Dear Sir,
I and my groupmates decided to conduct our research just after our Calculus last Thursday, April
11, 2019. I am writing to apologize for not attending to your class last Thursday at 5:30 pm.
I would like to explain why I am absent and hope that you will be able to understand, given the
unfortunate circumstances surrounding my absence. Our instructor in visual technique, had given
us our plates which also includes some research work about hotel and other areas of it. In order
for us to do our plates, we must finish our research work first which gave us another problem
because we need to set a date for it that could not affect the other subjects. The research is to be
conducted at Alimanhao. Last Thursday, we decided to conduct our research just after our last
subject at 12 pm since we have a vacant time after it and we have no class after our vacant time
because our instructor was out for some reason. This gave us lots of time the reason why it was
decided to start our research by then. We have arrived at the hotel and things happened. We were
supposed to do it Friday because our permission letter has not been signed by our instructor. We
went back at school and heard that our instructor will be signing our permission letters. The
reason why we came back at the hotel was to finish it already since we still have time. We started
our research just after they allowed us to. I thought that it would be done fast to what I expected
but it took us more than an hour. It’s almost 5 pm when we’re done. It’s almost 5:30 when we’re
still waiting for vehicle and we thought that we could not make it your class that time especially
that we were not in our P.E uniform. We arrived at school at not exactly 6 pm. I thought to
myself that it’s impossible for me to attend to your class since I’m already late.
I admit that we took it for granted, the time and we didn’t manage it properly. I would therefore
like to apologize again for not attending to your class. This will never happen again.
Yours respectfully,
Krystel Agustin
