The boiler “EL-PASO”, is a boiler with a natural circulation and a pressurized combustion chamber

equipped with nine burners on the frontal water wall, the fuel used in normal mode is natural gas but for
backup fuel-oil “Fioul” is used.
The boiler is used in a power plant generating electricity, with the following listed properties:
-Vapor flow : 520 Ton/Hour.
-Temperature of Superheated vapor: 542°c.
-Superheated vapor pressure : 143 Kg/cm², 2033,93p Psi.
-Hydraulic test pressure : 243 Kg/cm², 3456,27 Psi.
-Construction and welding standard: SP 12 G.A.P.A.V.E-SP.B.T (NOTA B)- A.N.C.C RACC.S.
