Students Leadership Development Program (SLDP) Session 2 discussed all about

“Planning for young people”.

In achieving our goals we must have a plan. Plan is isn't just applicable on work or in school. In
our life, we also need a plan so we will have a guide and to gain our success. Not having a plan is just
wishing for nothing, you won't know what to do next. As Mr. Kim Robert De Leon said good plan that is
implemented today is better than a perfect plan implemented tomorrow.

In the second session, the topic that really catch my attention is the Vision-Reality Gap Analysis.
In every goals we have in mindwe must know what is inside the gap that seperate to and your vision or
goals. In this you could make a step by step solution for every problem you will in counter in achieving
you goals.

In the latter part of the session, we are ask to know or to identify some problems we incounter
in our respective school and also we share some solution that is the best to solve the problems. We are
ask to make a plan and a project proposal presentation.
