    REASON FOR LEAVING BDO

    - Great company but lacks GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT for their employees.

    WHY SHELL
    - 1st, global presence ​which can open great opportunities to learn and be exposed to
    different situations
    - 2nd, good reputation​ in the industry. Shell is easily one of the top players when it
    comes to producing sustainable energy.

    HOW DO YOU HANDLE PRESSURE


    - When I am under pressure, I always try to​ focus and do things according to their
    level of difficulty​ or priority level.
    - And whenever i feel that ​pressure is getting up to me, ​I always take time to step
    back, take deep breaths, and give my self some pep talk. AND IT ALWAYS HELP.

    WHAT I LEARNED DURING BDO


    - Establishing relationships with clients
    - Building methodical style of working (since most works follows a proper procedure
    and process)
    - Building work ethics

    WHAT DO YOU DO AS AN LA IN BDO


    - Closely handling significant borrowing accounts (both individuals and corporations)
    - We are responsible for catering to the needs of our clients when it comes to loans
    (from creating credit proposals to monitoring their respective accounts and
    EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN)
    - We also handle their day-to-day transactions such as processing of loan release and
    application of their scheduled loan payments

    WHY SHOULD WE HIRE YOU-


    - Besides the knowledge and skills that i already acquired, I also take pride in ​my work
    ethic.​ I have an excellent record when it comes to my attendance and outputs.
    - 2nd, I am very eager to learn and grow. Despite having prior work experience, I am
    still a ​clean slate ​and I am open to every learnings that your people can offer.
    - And I firmly believe that I have ​what it takes ​to handle the responsibilities that will be
    given to me.
