1. Request letter on Company Letter Head from M/s. INT Crop. signed by all Proprietors
/ Partners / Directors., for proposed Loan.

2. Company Profile in details.

3. Address proof of the Business (from where the business is conducted)

4. Registration Certificate, GST Certificate & other documents of Ms. INT Crop.

5. Statements of all Banks for period : 01/04/2017 to 31/03/2018.

(Applicant Firm and Proprietor ) : 01/04/2018 to 31/03/2019.

Please note that above statements should be Original Bank Statements)

6. KYC documents of Applicant Firm, Partners and Guarantors. ( Two outside

Guarantors.) And ( PAN Cards / Aadhar card / Latest Residential proof. )

7. Income Proof of Applicant Firm, Partners and Guarantors.: Filed I.T.R. of Last 3 yrs. /
Audited B/S and Profit & Loss for last 3 yrs. of Company with Audit report.

8. If ITR for year ended March 2019 are not filed, produce Provisional financials for the
same.

9. GST Registration certificate and Udyog Aadhar Registration certificate.

10. Copies of all License obtained for Import & Export of Business (IEC Code certificate)

11. Challans of Advance Tax / GST paid challans.

12. C. A. Certificate stating that ' No Statutory Dues are pending.'

13. List of Reputed Customers and proof of Purchase Orders.

14. Details of Unsecured Loans.

15. C. A. Certified, Age wise classification of Sundry Debtors.

( Sundry Debtors age wise upto 90 days / 90 Days to 180 days and above 180 days)

16. If enjoying Credit facility from Other Bank, produce copies of all Sanctioned Letters.

17. Details of Security to be offered. (Provide all chain documents of Security)

18. Two zerox sets of security for Valuation and property Search.

Note: All above documents are required for propose Sanction. All documents relevant
to applicant or guarantors should be self-attested.
