daytime, but the cracked, Warehouse.
dirty windows gives the place
a sepia tone. It’s clear
the place hasn’t had much
activity in a while. There
are still crates, but they are
covered in graffiti. There is
a amorphous shape laying in
the open.

1.2 The door to the place is

opened up by a figure obscured
by the light pouring in behind
him. A rat scurries along the
floor, and the shape scrambles
behind a crate.

1.3 Worm’s eye of the figure, now JAMIE MARVETTE

revealed to be a photographer, This is gonna be art...
JAMIE MARVETTE, has broken
into the abandoned warehouse.
He’s wearing a thick winrer
coat and has got a very large
camera, and is appears to be
scouting for photos. The shape
is lowering itself from the
ceiling. It’s insectoid, with
many arms. The larges right
arm extends a proboscis-like
length towards Jamie’s neck.

1.4 Jamie’s camera flash brightens

the scene enough for the
creature’s extended arm join
to stab him in the shoulder.
His face is complete agony,
while the arthropod monster
descends further.

1.5 Jamie opens his mouth,

screaming as the creatures
beings to presumably eat him.
He grabs the camera, taking
a photo of himself and the
monster.

on the outside, on a dumpster.

2.2 Much later, a police crime JASON HAIGH

scene has been set up. Center These cuts are something else...
frame is the body of Jamie
Marvette, his face is twisted
in agony, and his skin is
covered in patches of exposed
muscle. His veins are solid
black, and his eyes bulging
out of his skull. Standing
by his body is JASON HAIGH,
a detective. Jason’s forehead
is covered with a headband,
and he is very meticulously
groomed.

2.3 As cops mill about in the AUGUSTUS KLEIN

background, Police Chief
AUGUSTUS KLEIN steps into
frame, rubbing his temple.
He’s a portly, mustachio’d
man, who is trying to cover
his balding had with a flat
cap. He’s pointing to a lump
on Jamie’s neck, a bubbling,
disguiting mark.
I’m more or less worried about
this mark here. I mean, it’s clear
he got injected with something
acidic, but the tests aren’t
exactly out on what did it. No
match to anything in the database.
JASON HAIGH
You think that those exposed
muscles were caused by chemicals?

3.3 Klein looks around the place, JASON HAIGH
