4 Every Teacher/Lecturer should follow the Hindu customs, keep faith on Lord

Venkateswara and take an oath prescribed by the T.T.Devasthanams.

5 The individual whose services have been utilized on a contract basis shall not have any
claim of any nature to count the period of service under the contract for any purpose
including but not limited to the purpose of securing employment in TTD by way of
claiming any preference.

6 TTD reserves right to terminate the contract without assigning any reason by putting the
individual of on a notice of one month or by paying the monthly agreed amount in lieu of
notice.

7 The contract faculty shall liable to be rotated from TTD Educational Institutions situated
at Tirupati / Tirumala and in other place and vice versa as deem fit by the Devasthanam
Educational Officer, T.T.D., Tirupati in the larger interest of the organization. In this
regard, the decision of the Devasthanam Educational Officer, T.T.D., Tirupati shall be
final and binding on the Contract faculty without any recourse. The Contract faculty
deployed to TTD Educational Institutions cannot seek as a matter of right as to the place
of employment.

8 It is made very clear that TTD shall not provide accommodation, food and Transportation
to the manpower deployed at Tirupati. However, bus passes only be provided to the
contract faculty placed at Tirumala.

9. The second party agrees to perform the teaching work in accordance with the curriculum
of the intermediate / Degree / School syllabus as entrusted by the first party from the
opening of School / College till the end of the academic year.

10. That the second party agrees after being informed that, he / she is fully aware of the fact
that his / her service is not being taken to fill any vacancy either temporary or permanent
basis, that he / she will be paid a consolidated amount as per the rate fixed by the
management from time to time during the contract period, that his / her contract shall
automatically comes to an end on expiry of the said period or on report of a regular
lecturer in that subject whichever is earlier.

11. The Contract Faculty (Lecturers) is allowed one day Casual Leave (CL) per month of
actual contract service on full remuneration with a facility of accumulating and availing a
maximum of three day Casual Leave at a limit, and also payment of honorarium during
Dasara & Pongal holidays.

12. That the second party is not entitled for any other perks, allowances or any other facility
except consolidated amount payable monthly as mentioned in condition no.10 above.

13. That the second party shall carry out any further instructions given by the Head of the
Institution from time to time in addition to discharging their duties as teaching faculty.

14. The contract is terminated if the performance and the results in the Schools, Board &
University examinations are not satisfactory, compared with the university and district
averages. In the event of termination, the amount shall be paid for the service rendered
for carrying out the assignment to the date of termination or part thereof.

15. That he / she is not entitled to any renewal or extension or continuation of the contract on
any ground whatsoever.

16. That the service rendered during the contract will not be construed or reckoned as part of
any regular appointment for any posts in TTDevasthanams and therefore no credit or
weightage will be given for service rendered during the contract period.

17. That any dispute arising out of this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the
competent court.
18. That the relationship between the two parties is purely contractual and strictly as per the
terms and conditions.

19. If the faculty member, in the opinion of TTD, fails or neglects to be compiled with any of
the terms and conditions of the contract or with any orders issued, then in such a case the
TTD shall without prejudice to any other right or remedies under this contract as a right
and be entitled to terminate the contract without being liable to pay any compensation for
such cancellation.

20. The party of the second part shall not indulge in any activity detrimental to the interest of
the party of the first part. They shall adhere to the discipline while performing duty and
their conduct in any way should not tarnish the image of the party of the first part.

21. The party of the second part shall be responsible for the safe custody of the
equipment/tools and records entrusted and the party of the second part is liable to recoup
the loss, if any caused to the party of the first part.

22. The party of the second part also agrees that, all knowledge and information not within
the public domain which may be acquired during carrying out of this contract, shall be for
all time and for all purpose, regarded as strictly confidential and held in confidence, and
shall not be directly or indirectly disclosed to any person whatsoever, except with the
written permission of the party of the first part.

23. The party of the first part reserves the right to terminate/amend/modify the contract
without assigning any reason or advance notice to him. Similarly, the terms of the
Contract may be amended/modified by TTD, if necessary, to ensure competitiveness and
quality of service.

24. The terms and conditions of engagement shall form part of this Agreement. In witness
whereof this Deed of Agreement between the parties is executed on this the 10 h day of
June 2019 , in the presence of the following witness.

25. If it is found that the Contract faculty influences by any political parties or with any other
outside agencies, the person will be terminated automatically and the Contract faculty is
not entitled for further renewal in TTD.
