Project Deliverables 1. To provide degrees to 360 students of NIM

2. Give an experience to college about convocation ceremony

Project will be accepted when all the 35 members

of faculty committee agreed uon it and the scope
of the project which is given above is delivered. All
the activities which are there in the schedule
Project Acceptance should be there on time.

The budget of the convocation is one of the

important constraint for the completion of the
project. Further, the time of completion of the
Constraints convocation is also a constraint of the project.
