At the beginning I was felling very lucky to be part of the support workers of Cloverdale House,

there is really nice people, who have been teaching me a lot each second I spent with them. This
people should receive the best from myself.
It is not being as easy as I thought. Being a support worker for Cloverdale House you will need to
be cleaning staff, chef, laundry staff. You will clean during your shift, will do two, three or four
people personal care into the same day, their breakfasts, go out alone with one or two users and try
to do not expend to much time as maybe on your way back, you will need to go out with another
person as we use to be short staff most of the days. Not much people look like they want to joint the
company as they pay 7.9 £ each single hour, every single shift. I am giving my weekends, my
nights, I am doing a big effort to shape my personal life to the chaotic rota, and still, be able to
expect changes in it every week.
The more time you expend there your responsibility increase, as you know better the users
necessities, Why the wage is going down? We could speak as well about the high physical risk that
you suffer most days. Why the Company do not value nothing of that? And give sweets of course is
not the way, it is an insult (Bread and Circuses).
I can not give my best to the people who live in Cloverdale House, while nobody recognise my
effort, if after being sick couple of days in one month I will received an amount of money which is
not enough to survive the month. Does really the Company care about the people who spend 365
days and 24/7 with their users?

And after all of this, Does really The Regards Group care about their users?

I am sorry, I don't want to be part of this. Do not take it personal.
