This is to authorize Richard Enrico to transact, negotiate, process and claim the amount of

discharge of Leomer Vertucio, voluntarily accepted as final compromise adjustment and
settlement of all claims.
I hereby grant permission to Richard Enrico to act as my agent and give him the right to
fulfill necessary obligations in behalf of the corporation.
