fundamental understanding of HTML and CSS. Furthermore, I have written and
edited countless technical documents, including policy and procedure manuals,
website content, solution briefs, user manuals, and training materials. Most
importantly, I have extensive training in converting complex technical concepts from
subject matter experts into terms that any lay person can understand.

Technical writing is not just the path to paying the bills; it is my passion, my creative
