Caramel Sauce (for Caramel Popcorn)

 ½ a block of butter
 Same quantity of honey (eyeball it)
 Same quantity of white sugar (eyeball it)
 Pinch of salt

1. Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat


2. Add the honey and sugar
3. Stir until melted and foamy
4. Pour it over a pan of popcorn and mix
5. Let cool and eat

Popcorn on the stove


 Heavy bottomed pan with lid
 1 cup of popcorn
 3 tablespoons of coconut of vegetable oil

1. Heat oil in pan over a medium high heat


2. Put in 3 kernels of popcorn, cover pan and wait for it to pop
3. Add the rest of the popcorn to cover the bottom of pan in a
single layer and wait 30 seconds
4. Gently shake pan
5. Pull pan off of heat when popping slows to 3 seconds between
pops.
6. Pour into a bowl and eat
