Every Sunday I have a kind of family ritual, this tries to tell us among ourselves the bad and

good things that happened to us throughout the week and even if we have done some good
work of charity.

This ritual began due to the personal problems that each one of the family had, especially me
and my brothers. In order to have more communication between us we decided to tell us in
detail the experiences we had during the week and advise ourselves to start a new week well.
The steps to carry out the ritual are simply to sit down after dinner and tell everything that is
possible and in the end we end up hugging.

This ritual is important in the family because it helps us to help each other with advice and to
feel that we are not alone. In my opinion I think that if we did not have this ritual, someone in
the family could be depressed in silence.
