ABSTRACT

O R D E R: -
In the reference 1st read above, Government have directed to review the Direct
Recruitment made over a period of time to ascertain that such recruitments are in
accordance with letter and spirit of Presidential Order, 1975. In the first instance, this
exercise shall be undertaken with respect to the recruitments proposed/made by District
Selection Committees and other recruitment agencies.
2. In the reference 2nd read above, Government have decided that the non-local
candidates appointed in deviation of the Presidential Order, as identified by the
respective departments by reviewing the direct recruitments made from 1975 onwards
shall be repatriated to their respective local cadres by transfer.
3. In accordance with the various instructions issued in the references 1st and 2nd
read above, the Engineer-in-Chief (Public Health), Hyderabad after reviewing the direct
recruitments made from 1975 onwards has sent proposal vide reference 3rd read above,
for repatriation of non-local candidates appointed in deviation of the Presidential
Order.
5. Now in exercise of the powers vested with the Government under Para 5(2)(c) of
the Presidential Order, 1975, the Junior Technical Officers/Work Inspectors, Ministerial
staff and Last Grade Service staff indicated in the annexure to this order are hereby
repatriated in public interest to their local cadres/zones in the supernumerary posts to
be created. They shall be eligible for T.T.A. and protection of seniority since the
transfers are made in public interest.
6. The Engineer-in-Chief (Public Health), Hyderabad is requested to post the above
personnel in the respective places on OD basis pending creation of posts and report
compliance. The ENC (PH) shall send necessary proposals for creation of the
supernumerary posts.
7. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the
delegation of the powers issued vide reference 2nd read above.
