General Objective:

The general objective of this study is to identify and evaluate the appropriate coffee post-

harvest technology.

Specific Objectives:

Specifically, this study aims to:

1. Describe the socio-economic characteristics of the local coffee growers;

2. Describe the post-harvest practices, farm characteristics and economic information of the

local coffee growers;

3. Identify and evaluate the appropriate coffee post-harvest technology for local coffee

growers;

4. Prepare a cost benefit analysis for the adaptability of the technology; and

5. Determine the by-product utilization of coffee.
