Responsibilities + Follow up with regions regarding up loading of signature cards in all branches. ‘+ Follow up of complaint handiing at Regional Ofice and branch level and ensure complaint resolution within given schedule. ‘+ Follow up with regions / branches regarding branch book periodical balancing, ‘+ Renewal of lease agreement and follow up with regions regarding renewal of expired lease deed agreements, ‘+ Follow up with regions regarding branch up keeping and submission of President Office check list of branch to Head Office as per President Office Circular No.03/2017, Collection I submission of periodic return statements / MIS required by Head Office. + To ensure timely renewal of various insurance of branches and vehicle of the bank and maintain the relevant record, + Follow up for Security Guards Services. 03 | Position/Job Title Teller (G4 / OG!
