• Find recruiters specific to your industry
• Get an understanding of their profiles
• Check their LinkedIn postings frequently

Engage
• Participate in their posts to create your profile visibility
• Reshare their job postings to help your network (more visibility)
• Tag your network who might be relevant for those postings

Reach-out
• Select one mutual connection and request him/her to introduce you to
that particular recruiter (profile)
• Be specific and professional during the mutual group chat
• Show your interest to be connected
Connect
• Send out a personalized invitation to connect
• Once connected, send a thank you note and add few additional
thoughts to initiate a chat
Communication
• Words of appreciation, thank you and welcome are very much liked
• Continue to build the conversation and share your interest / goals
• Upon asking or as per the situation submit your profile for
opportunities
