No- Homework Policy

Have you ever experienced stressed and frustrated whenever you

remembered you’re homework? Let me guess, you experienced it right? I also had it
before, back when I am was a high school student I always do homework even if I
don’t like it and understand it. Whenever the teacher gave us homework we always
yell in frustration because we know that we have no relaxed time but that does not
mean we don’t want homework because as we all know homework is part of our
student life but this DepEd Memorandum No. 392, series 2010 bill or the no-
Homework Policy makes the student feel relief and enjoy their free time with their
family.

One of the most significant disadvantage of homework is it gives us hard

time in answering those questions. Yes, we maybe have internet today does not
mean students understands those questions and answer it correctly and if it is only
one it has no problem but since they give many homework and projects. This means
the students will be frustrated and may lead to depression, is that what you want? a
stressed and depressed student rather than a happy and contented one? We need
to proposed this kind bill to lessen the works and burden to every learner. Homework
gives student stress, frustrations, and also no quality time with your loved ones.

I conclude that this policy can eliminate the works every night, find balance
between academic and projects and quality time and enjoyable activities towards
their family. We may have an intelligent youth today but always remember happy
moments with the family is more important than stressed society.
