REPLY-AFFIDAVIT

I, JHEMERLYN I. LUMALABAN, of legal age, Philippine

Citizen, resident of House 33, Hepa Subdivision, Manila
City, states under oath that:
1. I hereby reiterate and replead all the positions
and arguments contained in my Complaint-Affidavit as
may be considered material and relevant in this Reply-
Affidavit;
2. As can be gleaned in the Counter-Affidavit
submitted by herein respondent, he merely denied his
actions towards me on June 20, 2018 by falsely stating
that he ate out with other artists and not me;
3. However, the said artists in the photo were on
vacation in the island of Boracay during the said day.
The affidavits, plane tickets, and dated photographs
of the said artists are attached herewith.
4. I deny the accusation in paragraph number 11 of
respondent’s counter-affidavit as I have no need for
an increase in my talent fee. I have enough savings
from my previous singing contests to support myself.
5. I therefore most respectfully pray that criminal
information for violation of Sec. 3(a)(1) of RA.7877
otherwise known as “Anti-Sexual Harassment Act” be now
filed against NICHOLAS S. HOLE, JR. as there is more
than probable cause for his indictment;
 IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my
