Objectives

1. Share life experiences wherein the clients experienced inner peace, and be able to agree upon a
common understanding of the concept of inner peace and where to find it which will be
supplemented by the teachers.
2. Engage in mild physical exercise and express a feeling of satisfaction by verbalizing a satisfactory
and lively feeling.
3. Reflect and recall the definition of inner peace which was agreed upon by the group, share life
experiences and tips on how one could achieve inner peace, and adopt teaching and counsel
provided by the teacher on how to achieve inner peace and the benefits of having it.
