Administration of Questionnaire

The Survey prepared by team loop would be an online Survey. Our questionnaire for
segmentation and targeting would be administered on following platforms-

 SoGoSurvey - SoGoSurvey is an end-to-end survey design, distribution, and

analysis platform. We can get 200 respondents per years by without paying a
cent to SoGoSurvey. However, if Parama Naturals would like to invest in it,
number of respondents would increase.
 SurveyMonkey – SurveyMonkey is one of the best-known online tools. The
free version of SurveyMonkey will allow us to get 100 responses per year,
while if we invest in the same, we can increase number of responses.
 TypeForm – TypeForm is a well-known tool for survey creation which would
also provide unique features for designing and getting responses for the
survey
 Zoho Survey, Survey Gizmo, Survey Planet – These are another decent
survey creation platform which would allow us to take certain number of
responses for free and will be chargeable after that.
 Use of social Media channels- We can make use of different channels such
as facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to get responses for the questionnaire

The feedback questionnaire can be administered by various methods including:

 Uploading survey on Website- By making the survey available on the

website of Parama Naturals, we can expect responses from our customers.
 Use of Social Media- By uploading the survey on Parama Natural’s
Facebook page, Insta Page and LinkedIn page, we expect to receive
responses from existing customers
 Use of text messages- If we could get contact numbers of our existing
customers (mostly taken while billing process) we can text them the survey
link and ask them to fill it to get some exciting offers in their next purchase.
