This CHATTEL MORTGAGE, made and executed by and between:

That abovementioned motor vehicle will be left with the mortgagee for the duration of the mortgage or
until the principal amount and interest/s thereon shall have been fully paid.

That this CHATTEL MORTGAGE is given as security for the payment to the MORTGAGEE, his heirs and
assigns, of a certain promissory note for the amount of _______________________________________ PESOS

TEN PERCENT (10%) interest per month to be paid on or before the lapse of every month, or thirty days, from the

the same is a just and valid obligation, and one not entered into the purpose of fraud.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
