Pangasinan, for and in consideration of FORTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PhP45,000.00) Philippine currency in hand paid
and delivered to me this day by KATHLEEN J. DOLLESIN, single, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Panaga,
Laoac, Pangasinan, do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and convey by way of Deed of Sale of Motor Vehicle, unto said
KATHLEEN J. DOLLESIN, her heirs and assigns one (1) motor vehicle which is more particularly described as follows:
